About the Book
Let’s get one thing straight. Despite the title, this is not a quilting book. This is a knitting book. That being said, every knitting design begins with inspiration. For some designers that inspiration may strike when on a morning walk, flipping through a magazine, or after a visit to a yarn store. The patterns in this collection were all inspired by one thing that has been on designer Meg Roke's mind for many years: modern quilts.

Meet the Author
Meg was a special education teacher in Pennsylvania for many years before having children and moving to Ohio with her family. In 2011, she began designing knitwear and has had works published in magazines, books, and yarn company collections. She also self-publishes her patterns online.
When she is not knitting, you can find Meg in the garden, playing with her kids, whipping up a storm in the kitchen, or teaching knitting.
